YAHAnet's global youth podcast competition for HIV awareness and prevention (Deadline: December 2, 2011
Translations available in: English (original) | Swedish | Dutch

Youth, the Arts, HIV & AIDS Network (YAHAnet) has launched a podcast challenge in anticipation of the upcoming World AIDS day on December 1st!

If you are 15 - 24 years of age or work with youth of that age, we invite you to create a 1 - 3 minute podcast with a message related to the theme "Turning the tide together to reach zero". Work alone, with a group of friends, or email us to get partnered up with another team from a different institution! For those that need a small push to get going, we've created a how-to guide that takes you step-by-step to create a podcast (http://yahanet.org/sites/default/files/YAHAnet-Podcast-HowTo-Guide.pdf)

Winning submissions will be aired on a university radio station in Montreal and given a cash donation to a charity of the winner's choice. All submissions will also be posted on YAHAnet's website. Full details can be found at http://yahanet.org/network/featured/global-student-podcast-challenge-hiv-awareness-prevention

I've always liked this song, but maybe its time to stop waiting. I look forward to hearing you step up and get involved with us.  Let us know your take on HIV and how we can get AIDS-related deaths to zero.
